Aufgabenstellung / Problembeschreibung:

Enfocus PitStop Pro und Adobe Acrobat Pro Windows als 64-bit Anwendung

Lösung:

Da Adobe Acrobat unter Windows in der Vergangenheit nur als Windows 32-bit Applikation verfügbar war, sind auch alle Plug-Ins für Acrobat bislang nur als 32-bit Anwendung gewesen. Dies gilt natürlich auch für Enfocus PitStop Pro. Das bedeutet, dass PitStop Versionen bis 2020 Update 1 und alle früheren Versionen von PitStop Pro nicht mit der 64-Bit Verrsion von Adobe Acrobat kompatibel sind! Mit der Veröffentlichung von PitStop Pro ab 2021 stellte Enfocus PitStop Pro auch für Acrobat 64-Bit-Windows zur Verfügung.

Bitte prüfen Sie nach einer Acrobat Neu Installation oder nach einem Acrobat Update ob es sich schon um ein Acrobat Pro 64-bit handelt.
